Due to the perishable nature of our empanadas, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issue — including issuing a replacement shipment, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

To report an issue with your order, please email us at ben@emmasempanadas.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photo evidence if applicable.
